William L. Olderog PhD, CPC – Director

William Olderog has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. William is the regional director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Blanding and an associate professor at Utah State University. In addition to teaching and consulting, Olderog is involved in several business and economic development projects, and serves on a variety of business and community development boards. Prior to joining USU and the SBDC, Olderog was employed by an international public accounting firm and served as financial controller/general manager for a business in Dallas, Texas.
